SUNDAY CLUB

11am every Sunday Morning
at Steep Turnpike Church
in Matlock


How can you come
to Sunday Club?

Just turn up on Sunday!
You don't need to 'join' anything first.

Most of the Sunday Club children also go to our associated weekday clubs, but we don't have much spare space for those activities. This means we need you to contact us before turning up for weekday activities and holiday clubs!

What to Expect
at Sunday Club:

You probably already know people at Sunday Club from school if you live in Matlock - but even if you don't, you'll find us friendly!

Under 14's (split into age-groups)

Sunday Club is open to everyone under 14yrs - there's something for each age group. boys

Everyone gets together in church for the first half-hour or so.

Music

There's music - and opportunities to join in if you like! If you enjoy playing a musical instrument you might like to contact us about joining the music group.

Surprise Item

Each week there's a 'surprise item', which might be a story, quiz, talk, puppet, experiment or game. We've even had conjuring tricks!

Investigate

The rest of the session is spent with your own age group, investigating stuff which really matters in your life  .  .  .
why not come along and see for yourself?

Snack

We finish at around midday with a snack!

This Matlock Church is evangelical, providing childrens' clubs (kids' clubs) and kids' activities for children and activities for adults, families & singles, young people, senior and retired people. As a Christian church in Matlock we run fun kids' clubs, youth groups, adult groups and support, community activities, seasonal events, fellowship, worship, prayer and Bible teaching.
